Mast Climbers

11 Reasons Why Non-Stop Will Be Your First Choice Over Mast-Climbers
The point of owning elevating scaffolding is to help your masons work faster to make you extra money. When it does that, you want to use it every day on every wall. Which one works best every day on every wall?

NON-STOP WORKS AS-IS ON EVERY JOB FOOTPRINT
Long, straight walls are not the norm anymore. Walls with lots of ins and outs, saw-tooth walls, radius walls, insets, turning corners, etc., are routine for Non-Stop. Just set it in place as you would frames and go. In all fairness, mast-climbers can be adapted to do these jobs, but that's just it, they have to be adapted - with a LOT of special brackets, parts and pieces, nuts and bolts.
"We've used mast-climbers on high work, but I can set Non-Stop anywhere I can drive a forklift. We use it everwhere." Sal Monarca; Middlefield, CT

NON-STOP MAKES YOU MONEY STARTING 12 FEET HIGH

If you're building 7-11 stores, one-story schools, and the multitude of 20- to 24-foot walls out there, you'll use your Non-Stop every day. Our customers tell us Non-Stop is cost-effective starting on 12-foot-high walls. Would you haul out mast-climbers to build 12-foot-high walls? And Non-Stop is safety approved to 552 feet high!
"We own two mast-climbers, and we use them on straight walls 50 feet high, but my Non-Stop can go on every wall, on every job. We use it everywhere we can." Earl Woodfin; Southern Gen. Const.; Richmond, VA 804-355-7826

NON-STOP USES THE SAME AMOUNT OF LABOR
Don't be confused by claims that mast-climbers use less labor on the scaffold. It's simply not true, it's the same. The tenders crank only a fraction of the time. Crank it with a full pallet one-handed! Far and away the biggest part of their time is spent tending the masons, which is the same on both systems.
"We crank for three and a half minutes and lay block for twenty minutes. It's easy for the tenders to keep up on either system, but on my Non-Stop I can land materials anywhere I want." Earl Woodfin; Southern Gen. Const.; Richmond, VA 804-355-7826

ABOUT ONE-THIRD THE MONEY
Not a third less - a third of the money! Need we say more?
"Why do I want to spend three times as much money on scaffolding I can only use on half as many jobs?" Terry Emmons; Ft. Wayne, IN 219-492-8820

NON-STOP IS SIMPLE
"Non-Stop is so simple to put up and use, I can put it on any job. My men love it." Tim Everett; Braxton, MS

NON-STOP HAS PLENTY OF WORK AREA
Non-Stop has a ton of landing and material stocking area - that's 5 boards to land materials plus 3 more boards for the masons' workbench. Plus 0 to 5 boards for the masons' walkboards. Plenty of room to stock ahead and still move around. Non-Stop also has built in hop-board brackets. You can land as much material wherever you want - you don't have to worry about overloading or getting the platform out of balance.

NON-STOP IS ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE

Non-Stop requires no maintenance. It has no motors, starter motors, spark plugs, solenoids, batteries, belts, hydraulic hoses, valves, fluids, fluid filters, air filters, limit switches, electronic control boards, wiring harnesses, etc. - the stuff that shuts the job down. Should any part of it ever break, it is completely covered by a lifetime warranty.

NON-STOP IS A LOT EASIER TO HAUL
Non-Stop keeps you in the bricklaying business and out of the trucking business. Bundle the towers together with our simple rack brackets. Pick them up with any forklift, and set them on any flat-bed truck or trailer. You probably already have one. To move mast-climbers you need 18-wheelers and a 10,000-pound lift.

NON-STOP MOVES WALL TO WALL FASTER, USING ANY FORKLIFT
Non-Stop also keeps you out of the high-capacity lift business. You need a 10,000-pound lift for mast-climbers. Non-Stop moves from wall to wall in 10 minutes per pair of towers, with any forklift. You can move 161' of Non-Stop and have it ready to go again in 2 hours!

NEW LIFTING SYSTEM IS NEAR EFFORTLESS
You can crank a Non-Stop tower one course of block in 20 seconds. Thanks to Non-Stop's new gearing you can crank it one-handed fully loaded. You don't wear out your men, and they can tend the masons with time to spare.

NON-STOP HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY
Simply, if it breaks, we fix it free, including freight!
